2010 FIAS Day Passes Promotion Terms and Conditions
- The giveaway promotion is open to all UK residents before the closing date (July 18 2010), except those closely related to a Royal Aeronautical Society staff member or anyone involved in the giveaway promotion. The Royal Aeronautical Society reserves the right to request proof of UK residence. Only one entry per person must be submitted.
- Entry to the giveaway promotion is by completing the following:
- The entrant must submit their full name, email address and mobile phone number in the form provided
- Entries must be submitted by no later than 23:00 on July 18 2010.
- Winning entries will be drawn at random by Royal Aeronautical Society staff.
- The prize consists of: 1 pair of day passes to the public days of the 2010 Farnborough Air Show
- The prizes will be as stated. The prizes cannot be transferred and there is no cash alternative. In the event of any of the winners being unable to be contacted, after reasonable attempts have been made, or if any is found to be in breach of the rules or fails to take up their prize for any reason, including illness or unavailability, the Royal Aeronautical Society reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner-up but it is not obliged to do so.
- Telephone calls will be made to the giveaway promotion winners between 19th and 21st July 2010 in order to check eligibility. Unsuccessful entrants will not be contacted.
- The Royal Aeronautical Society reserves the right to cancel the giveaway promotion or any of these rules at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
- The Royal Aeronautical Society will only ever use personal details to deliver the electronic newsletter and for the purposes of administering this giveaway promotion, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without permission.
